Cancellation Policy

🌿 Booking Policy for Clients Thank you for choosing Wild Flower & Willows. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, the following booking policy applies: ✅ Booking Confirmation Appointments are confirmed via email or phone once a day and time has been agreed upon. You will receive a confirmation message with session details. Please review this carefully. 💳 Payment Payment is required on the day of your session, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Invoices are provided upon request. For block bookings or funded sessions, terms will be outlined in advance. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee (see Cancellation Policy). ⏳ Session Commitment For therapeutic benefit, regular attendance is encouraged. A minimum of 10 sessions is often recommended to support progress and continuity. Your regular session time will be held for you unless otherwise arranged. 📝 Session Records & Confidentiality Clinical notes are kept securely and in line with professional guidelines and privacy laws. Sessions are held in confidence, except where there are concerns for safety (as per consent and safety policies). 📅 Waitlist If your preferred time is not available, you may request to be placed on the waitlist and we’ll contact you when a spot opens up.
