About

I am a registered Creative Arts Therapist (ANZACATA) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Arts Therapy, informed by psychological theory and trauma-focused care. My background is in the creative industries, where I worked as a designer, illustrator, photographer, and practising artist. This creative foundation continues to shape my therapeutic practice.

I have supported children, young people, and adults across residential, educational, and healthcare settings, and have facilitated adult education and professional development in the creative therapies. I have a special interest in the relationship between consciousness, the psyche, and creative expression, with my master’s research exploring the intersection of sensitive case harm, inner experience, and the healing potential of art. My work is influenced by Jungian psychology, existential theory, and approaches that honour the role of spirit and soul in the therapeutic process.

I integrate clinical knowledge with creative process to provide a safe, supportive space for emotional regulation, self-discovery, and personal growth, particularly for those navigating neurodivergence, trauma, and emotional complexity.
