Meet Our Founder & Clinical Arts Therapist

Elizabeth Riach - AThR
Founder & Clinical Arts Therapist
Wildflower & Willows Vision
My practice offers trauma-informed creative arts therapy for children, young people, and families, with a particular focus on safety, regulation, and relational repair. I work with clients who may have experienced trauma, abuse, attachment disruption, neurodiversity-related challenges, anxiety, mood difficulties, or complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Creative arts therapy provides a gentle, non-verbal way to express experiences that may be difficult to put into words. Art-making supports emotional regulation, meaning-making, and the rebuilding of agency at a pace that feels manageable and safe. Sessions are guided by the client’s readiness, with an emphasis on choice, predictability, and relational attunement.
My vision is to provide a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space where children, young people, and families can restore a sense of regulation, agency, and relational safety. Through creative arts therapy, I support clients to express and make meaning of their experiences in ways that feel gentle, empowering, and accessible beyond words. Guided by readiness, choice, and attunement, my work honours each person’s pace while fostering emotional resilience, connection, and healing.
